How long does the course take? How much time do I have to set aside?

This course is not about rushing through to check off each step, but about really immersing yourself into the material and allowing the seeds of transformation to grow within you. There are 7 steps that we take you through and we ask that you practice the course for at least 40 days. Most will spend about 10-30 minutes per day practicing the steps in this course.

We are confident that everyone who participates in this course and practices the steps inside for at least 40 days will see incredible results for their investment in themselves. However, we know things do happen, so after 40 days of your purchase if you would like to request a refund please email us with the subject: REFUND. Please include in your email the reason why you would like a refund and show evidence that you practiced our steps for 40 days.
